When thinking of Brazilâs best wind spots, the northeast â home to Fortaleza, Cumbuco, and Jericoacoara â usually steals the spotlight. But we ventured south to Ibiraquera to put our new Float wave wing to the test in uncharted waters.
Our team â Nia Suardiaz, Wesley Brito, Finn Spencer, fresh from the GWA Wave World Tour final, and Stefan Spiessberger â set out to explore beyond the competition scene. For many, it was their first time in Ibiraquera, and excitement was high to uncover what southern Brazil had to offer.
