Join FreeWing, a leader in wing foiling equipment, as our next Marketing Manager and spearhead innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand globally. Located at our headquarters in Thailand, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where your efforts directly impact the brand’s success and growth. Expected Start date is January 2025. Relocation to Thailand is fully supported for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop cohesive marketing strategies in collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams.
• Manage the creation and execution of both online and offline campaigns, maximizing brand presence and engagement.
• Organize events and trade shows, ensuring exceptional coordination and execution.
• Oversee budget allocation, campaign analysis, and performance metrics to ensure ROI and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with media, athletes, and external partners to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the sports brand sector.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for water sports and an understanding of the sports equipment industry is a plus.
• Graphic design skills are a plus.
