Their newly built beachfront apartments blend the privacy of a secluded valley villa with the effortless convenience of a seaside stay. Offering understated luxury, the 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments place you right on the doorstep of nature’s ultimate playground. Just behind the apartments, you’ll find their specialized wingfoil shop and rental center. Fully stocked with the latest 2027 Duotone gear, they offer expert guidance from Max Rowe to help you select the right equipment, perfect your setup, and finetune your technique on the water. Beyond the wind, unwind with daily yoga and Pilates classes in their breathtaking sea-view Yoga Shala, refresh in their 25m swimming pool between sessions, or sample wholesome, homemade food and drinks at their seaside café.

WHAT MAKES THEM DIFFERENT

They offer superior accommodation and amenities with their brand-new luxury apartments with sea views sweeping toward the mountains and Vassiliki harbor, paired with the pool, Yoga Shala, and beachside café. They also offer Vassiliki’s first “Rent & Go” wingfoil experience for ultimate freedom on the water – enjoy pre-assembled gear ready on arrival, hassle-free equipment swaps, and flexible delivery and pickup right where you want it.

CONDITIONS

The unique thermal effect that they get in Vassiliki means it’s usually a light onshore breeze in the morning, ideal for beginners, and a stronger cross-shore wind for intermediate and advanced wingfoilers once the thermal effect kicks in. But Eric (which is what they call the local wind effect) likes to keep you guessing… A northwesterly is needed for the cross-shore to kick in, straight out the front in Vass. The water is flatter in the morning with small chop in the afternoon. You can also wing in a southeasterly in Ligia, 30 minutes away.

BEST TIME TO VISIT

April, May, June, September and October are best if you’re looking for lighter winds and quieter seas; July and August if you’re looking for the most reliable and strong wind days.

Yoga, Pilates, free diving, pump foiling, mountain biking, road biking, SUPing, boat days, snorkeling, sunset restaurants, gym and ice bath / sauna are all available.
