WHEN IS BEST TO GO
Mauritius enjoys excellent wind almost year-round, but The main wind season is May to December, with the absolute prime months being July to October. While the island’s tropical climate can bring short rain showers, these become far less frequent from August onward, when skies are clearer and the weather more stable.

NO WIND?
Mauritius offers far more than incredible wingfoiling. Mauritius Airport is well serviced, with direct and indirect flights from many key European airports. Transfer time is 90 minutes.
As the spot can be a little tidal, a range of mast lengths is a good idea.
Inside the huge lagoon 3mm shortie is perfect. Outside the lagoon, on the bigger waves spots, a 4/3 is good (although you can still get away wth a 3/2).
